Stayed at this hotel with friends, and it was a lovely hotel, the staff were very pleasant, and even helped me into my room when my partner went to sleep and locked the door, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The place is very big and the staff there are all very nice. It is located close to a metro station and there are lots of food, attractions nearby too. The rooms are quite big and spacious. The doors though in my opinion were a bit weird to fiddle with which could be changed for a better experience.

We have booked a studio but it was a surprise to be given a family apartment.It was really spacious,clean and fully equipped,even an ironing board!Centrally located in the heart of Brussels!Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of choices!I would definitely recommend this place!

The hotel is clean and modern, located centrally in Brussels.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable - albeit there is some noise from surrounding rooms.
Staff are very polite and friendly. There's no restaurant at the hotel, but the breakfast offering is good.
The stay was very affordable and I'd highly recommend the hotel for a short stay in Brussels.

Since my first visit to this hotel, working has been going on. Now the hotel is renovated with new rooms, new bathrooms and new elevators, which has given the place a much higher standard. The location is great, just behind Grand Place, and in the middle of all the shopping streets, Metro is just around the corner and there is under10 minutes walking to the Central station. The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. and at your departure day you can leave your bag in a locked bagage room , with no extra costs
Just the breakfast could be a little better, they often run out of bread, ham and other things and i would prefer bacon slices instead of bacon dices. and sometimes coffee cups and dishes are missing.
