Abhijit the owner and the kakki at reception are excellent to help you We had a great time with them Complementary breakfast too was delicious And that too was served hot Location is best because on right is alibaug and left mandawa and kihim beach for water sports just behind at distance of only less than 2 km Local market at walking distance Overall good experience will recommend to friend

Good Family hotel

Its a basic hotel and have got all basic features like decent rooms, restaurant and small swimming pool.

When you book your stay in hotel you will find very helpful staff and management.

Food in the restaurant is tasty. Car parking is outside hotel premises and seems limited - though I got parking throughout my stay.

Book this hotel from Agoda and it was showing it as 3 star property, well....... I do not agree with that it is more like 2 star property.

Scope for improvement on cleanness and room linens. They were not up to the mark. No elevator in hotel.

Best room is 104 and second best is 105.

Allows kids (2 kids) up to 8 years stay free without extra bedding. Overall value for money family stay.

Kihim beach is just 2 KM away.

Good for a brief stay

I stayed there for a night. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly and courteous, the owner helped me secure transportation for a half marathon on Kihim beach at 4:30 am. It is only 3km away from Kihim beach.

Decent Hotel - But very helpful staff

The location of the hotel is very good if you are travelling to Alibaug by ferry. It is about 10 meters inside from the main road, so if you are travelling by bus from Mandawa jetty, be prepared to drag your luggage. There's also small market nearby and a hypermart type store just outside the hotel just in case you need something and two restaurants which serve good food.
The rooms are alright, but the bathrooms are really small. There overly helpful staff made our stay worthwhile.
The hotel is under expansion, i got a chance to speak to one of the owners, and the upcoming rooms are spacious and better. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but they do have a kitchen and a makeshift dining room. You need to give prior notice if you intend to have lunch dinner. The best part is, everything is freshly cooked and sea food is awesome here.
The included breakfast is not elaborate, but few things they cook are really tasty.

During recent visit of alibaug , we have tried this hotel. This hotel is nearer to kihim beach and distance is about 3 km. Hotel is recently build and neat clean. Room size are perfect for a couple. They have small dining hall at ground floor and serving poha, sandwich and tea in morning as complementary breakfast. Room service is too good. ... Since, price is lower donot except much amenities in your room. They will provide you basic amenities. Lady at reception was quite helpful. Check-in and out time is 11 am . Since, our buses were in evening so we request them to keep our luggage with them in store room after check out time. After returning from beach, we have requested them to give some rooms so that we can take bath and use bathrooms. Although no rooms were vacant , they have offered their personal restrooms for us. A big thumbs up for that. From out side junction, you can get Auto for kihim beach and this hotel is on the road of alibaug to kihim so you can easily get big auto, buses to go for Alibaug.
In short, it is a decent hotel if you are planning for short stay of one two days.
