Went here for 1 night stay. Overall the room is quite small in my opinion
+ clean room, hot water and bath room worked great
+ food was above average and the staffs were so nice
+ location was good
- i prefer to stay in larger room

I stayed 3 nights in mid December 2017, and spent whole 3 days only in the room working. Everything was great, nice people, cool air condition, great breakfast.
Only 1 thing quite disturbing, when I checked into the room, and planning to make a cup of tea, i found the tea spoon was sticky. It's definitely used for stirring something sweet like a tea & sugar. I didn't want to complain about directly because I have 3 days ahead to stay in the hotel and I didn't want to ruin my mood :)
I just got a lesson, no matter how good the hotel is, we better wash all the cups and spoon properly.

We stayed for 1 night in Santika Jemursari. A group of 4 person. Upon arrival, it took them more than 15 minutes for checking ini, while there were no other guests and 2 front office attendants in duty.
Room is old but clean.
We took dinner at 8pm, the buffet items were still plenty. Most were fried. Service is slow. Ask for water, it took some times.
Breakfast variety is plenty. But most of it are fried. Menu needs improvement.
Check out process was efficient.

I used to stay in Santika hotel chain, if travelling in Indonesia. I choose Santika Jemursari this time due to close location to family's house. Like the room, though quite small, and quite clean. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The breakfast, as always, have a good range of food selection, and very nice.

Nice medium size hotel. Great atmosphere, simple room and delicious room service menu. The only thing I have a problem with this hotel would be the light above the bathroom sink, not that bright and makes it difficult to look onto my face when I am shaving.
The room is not carperted. Make sure to wear room sandals in the morning unless you want to experience cold feet.
The location is not too far from the airport, but quite a way to West Surabaya or even to Surabaya downtown. If you have business around this area especially Rungkut the industrial area, this hotel would be a perfect place.
