The receptionist lie to me, he said non smoking room actually smoking room even though I have book and confirm again for non smoking room. When I complain, he said just do what his manager asking. Bad wifi, only 2 device can connect.

I quite enjoyed staying here. We got deluxe room for the week. The room is spacious and got everything I need. The location is very strategic., near Losari Beach and Somba Opu the famous gold shop and gift shop street. Its pretty near to everywhere in centre Makassar. We got plate of fruits and cake at our 6th night there. Love the gesture!
They also have jacuzzi and sauna and decent fitness centre at the 10th floor.
I would give this full 5 stars if only the Breakfast was better. The meal choices were limited and I would say it didnt taste that good. I hope they would improve the breakfast food soon.
Overall I would recommend this to everyone that is coming to Makassar.

My first time staying in this hotel. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service of this hotel. As in other Santika chain hotel, the employees are friendly and helpful.
I love the room, it is spacious and modern. The bed is so comfortable and the light is really fine. I just have two concerns in the room; TV looks too small for a spacious room like this and the towel hanger in the bathroom is too high.
Breakfast experience might not be as great as other Santika (i.e. Santika Jemursari in Surabaya which provides various array of foods), but I really appreciate the effort to provide local delicacies. There is also a live music during the breakfast.
In the future, I will definitely consider Santika Makassar to stay.

This hotel is very hassle free for biz traveller. Easy arrangement for a non smoking connecting door room. Also very helpfull and convinient in preparing breakfast on the go for us since our flight was very early in the morning.
Staff are very helpful and friendly

I stayed in Santika for 1 month, and been santika all indonesia. Santika makasar is excellence,very nice room, friendly and professional service, but the parking lot quite small for long stay.
I really recommend everyone who will trip to makasar stay in Santika Makasar
