This hotel have a good ambience in the room and big space, but when i go there, the bedsheets is little bit dirty especially in the pillow. The restaurant is very nice because you can have much variants of food.

Travel for business.
Hotel is downtown in Darmo, Surabaya's main road.
- Near traditional market
- Lots of food vendor and resto nearby
- Minutes away from Mall
- Good service overall.
- Lots of taxi available.
- Perfect for business traveling
I stayed at 3rd floor. I think the hallway lights are not bright enough. Gave me the spooky feeling. Other than that, it is okay.

During my weekend stay, i love the room and view.
Spacious and clean room was just perfect to define this hotel.
Although i heard the sound proof room was not that good, i love the service of all the hotel. The parking people, receptionist, concierge, etc.
The breakfast taste was delicious!

Spent 2 nights at this hotel, in the middle of Surabaya, easy access everywhere
Room clean and neat, everything you need available in the bathroom, nice people,
Just note one thing: if you order omelette or Suny egg you HAVE TO STAND AND WAIT, or the chef will give it to someone else right away event if you sit just a few centimeters from the egg station, wasting time for sure.

Hotel Santika its good option for you to doing business activity or take a weekend with family or friend....
