Stay for 2 nights in family vacation to Purwokerto. It was deluxe king room which was big room but felt empty, less homy. Equipped with 2 sofa, 32 inch LCD and rather small bathroom. There was trace of dust and humid in the air but not strong to make us uncomfortable. Sleep quality was good, and the room size can accommodate even 2 extra beds. Room service menu were delicious, I love âsambal matahâ they serve. One of the best âsambal matahâ I have ever taste. The restaurant also not too big but enough to accommodate regular number of guests. It will be different if the rooms are all occupied, though. They provide small variety of dishes, mainly traditional. Taste was good but nothing special. If I may suggest, room size especially deluxe ones can be adjusted to expand the bathroom which felt too small. And add / renew lighting and decoration inside the room to make it feel more sophisticated.
Overall, this hotel is not a disappointing choice but open for improvement.

I already two times stay in this hotel.
The service and hospitallity is very good.
Check In and Check Out very fast
Wi-fi is OK,
Breakfast is very good, have some menu variations with good warm/ cold of the food.
They also provide free carwash in the morning.
It is very recommended to stay in this hotel if you vist Purwokerto.

Stayed here overnight with my wife and we loved the place.
Staff was very friendly and helpful especially, Mr. Agus and Mr. Adi.
Decore in the hotel was beautiful with lot of batik on display.
They had lots of choice in the breakfast as well.
If I must, the only downside is it's bit away from the town center but you can hop into a car to get there

Our room was not clean and the bathroom. I asked for cleaning bathroom but it was still dirty at the washbasin. Food variety at breakfast is good but the quality is average.
Location is not close to Main Street but it is quite.

I stayed only for one night and it was peak season in Indonesia (Eid Mubarak holiday). They treated everyone of us really well even tough the hotel really crowded. I made booking mistake previously but they helped me out to solve the issue really quickly. All staffs are friendly and responsive (they smile all the time :)) and eager to help you. Everything else is okay (standard 3 stars hotel) but I'm really happy with their customer service.
