Power back up and restaurant foods are very slow and bad. The breakfast is good for only vegeterians , I think omlettes can be an item there as everyone does not like the vegeterian items.The lane to sea beach is not good for everyone which can be erected.The very good thing is their house-keeping and cleanliness of the hotel which is undoubtedly awesome and another problem is they have no lift

Been there for 2nights with friends. Booked through one of the available online channels. Though our booking was done for 2 Super Deluxe and 1 Deluxe rooms, they had provided us same category of rooms which is not at all of deluxe standard. We had complimentary breakfast and the quality of food was horrible. Only option was puri-sabji and to our utter dismay the sabji was of rotten peas.
The location is on CT Road, so naturally away from hustle bustle of busy swarga dwar road. The food options you can try in Pink House which is just two steps away. And, Rasoi, which is on the main road.

when we reached that hotel on march 25th 2016, as per booking scheduled, we were told at reception that there are no records of our booking from OYO rooms on the record. The behavior towards us was so rude and the way of talking to me and my family including ladies also was cheap and disrespectful. the people sitting at the reception was not able to hear a word and not responding towards the problem. Hotel management told that we are not responsible for any thing for your issue.
The experience was very bad, and OYO rooms was taking his own time in handling the situation. After wating for around 15 to 20 min outside the hotel, OYO room shifted us to a different property or we can say to a different hotel. moving to that hotel was a big problem coz we didn't get any transportation, we have to walk around 1.5 km and than we get the transportation.
When we reached that hotel and get into the room we wont believe that such a small and congested room. There is no facility and it was also so far from the beach. We have booked a duplex type room of Rs.3500 but we got a room of Rs.1500.
After tolerating for such a long time we finally adjusted in that short room. OYO rooms also did'nt gave any refund or concession regard that small hotel.

Nice hotel in puri, but away from main sea beach, it's located at ct road . Nice sea view from room. Food quality was good. Always ask for the see facing room. Jagannath temple is 15 min distance from the hotel.

Our experience for the cited Hotel Booking from Cleartrip online was horrible.
When we reached the hotel Sapphire Beach on Aug 01, 2015, as per booking scheduled, we were told at reception that there are no records of our booking from Cleartrip on the record. They also told us that the Hotel Management has changed and they cannot accommodate us as the hotel was under repairs / construction. The Hotel premises was dirty due to debris and not suitable for stay.
No scu information was available before fro Cleartrip. In fact when w contacted Customer Care from Puri to Mr. Karan, it is noticed that they were also not aware of the situation. We asked for full refund, when Mr. Karan admitted and mentioned that they will send a confirmatory email for Refund and process full in due course. No email was received within half an hour and therefore Mr. Karan was contacted again, when he committed that the email will be sent instantly and refund will be process within two days.
Unfortunately, no email was received from Cleartrip about refund till this time. We contacted Customer Care on Aug 03, 2015, when one Mr. Nadeem of Cleartrip told us that he is contacting his superior to check the status. He told us that he spoke to his superior, one Mr. Bhushan Walimbe and we have to contact them after 48 (?) hrs to obtain the status.
This is really very harrowing and irritating experience, as Cleartrip is taking their own time in handling the situation, wherein we have suffered badly during our tour and we are asked to wait!
This type of service was not expected from so called reputed Cleartrip.
We are intending to post our experience on various forums online and publish it on Local and national reputed news paper. We are also affiliated to Consumer Societies, where the matter can be posted for consumer awareness.
We hope, you will send us confirmatory email for full refund and take action for full refund on high priority.
