Stayed here during my business travel couple of months back. It offers good facilities and value for its standard and star rating. Room was neat with basic facilities. Restaurant offered variety. Location is good for business travellers.

15 persons from our company went for lunch on 2oth Jan ie., Saturday.
The quality of food was good but the overall service was extremely poor. The food was getting over at the buffet and the refills were not coming in spite of repeated reminders. One of the lunch goer was so pissed off that he created a big scene. The service earlier used to be really good. But off late the quality of service has gone down drastically.
So if anyone is wanting to go to Palates restaurant then be prepared for an unsatisfying dining experience.

Satkar is good choice for dinner and lunch specially non veg.I like the non veg of Satkar very much.rooms are also good and hifi.room service is so good and fast.
Swimming pool is also good.it have all the services that we need.

We had chance to host a family event at the Hotel. We found the staff really helpful & paid good attention at our guest. The food was really good, fresh & tasty. Staff was courteous & proactive which comes from the banquet leadership which manages the operations. Would like to thank them for making our event an memorable one.

Great Rooms, food and Spa at Hotel Satkar, very prominent location, we stayed for 2 days last month, enjoyed the Buffet for Lunch, had a very good experience at Spa and Gym, Pool also good at Fourth Floor
