It's located 3-4 kms away from Shimla market ( Mall Road). I with my spouse and kid stayed there on 23 Dec to 25 Dec 2017 (room no 407 ).
Room condition : well-furnished and cleaned room
Room View : outstanding Shimla city view from the balcony
Food ( Dinner & Breakfast) : Awesome tasty food .. even tea was awesome..
Behaviors : Well behaved staffs in the canteen will remind you your home. On the very first day we were so late due to heavy traffic on the way from delhi , when I called their reception around 9.00pm they offered me that they will arrange the dinner in our room if we not reached there within 10.30pm( which is the dinner cut off time) which is very courteous , though we have reached there around 10.10 pm and had a yummy dinner.
Improvement required: Especially the staffs in the reception should improve their quality to interact with the customer.

We had 2 good day over there. The hotel is nice and clean and room was very good and food also good very tasty and we had nice stay over there. Nice view, Restaurant staff are very good and very helpful.

Well, we visited in May for our honeymoon. Hotel is very good, well-furnished rooms, good and well-behaved staff. Food was awesome. Good hotel to book in Shimla and the view from the room is awesome. Good Experience!!!

The hotel is nice and all but somehow, something is missing. Please don't come to this hotel expecting good food. The room we stayed in had less lights. Bed is bad. At last, is only good for 1 night stay.

Everything was good
Rooms were very clean
Food was also good. Excellent room service and staff.
Will definitely look forward to stay again and will also recommend to my relatives and friends.
