Good position close to the motorway and ferry port. Very large room and the bed was really comfortable. On bus route so easy access to the centre. Would definitely stay here again if ever we are in the region.

Very good hotel, within walking distance of the old city centre and easily accessed by public transport and car. Huge rooms with most modern amenities. The very sober "under-decoration" lacks a little bit in charm, as also do the bar and the breakfast cafeteria. (we did not use the basement "sit-down" restaurant). Very friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices. In total, a nice place for a short stay both for business and leisure.

Good location, easy walk into town centre, we caught tram in but walked back when we realised how close it is. Bedroom clean, good bathroom. Excellent service at reception, bar and in restaurant.
The best breakfast ever - it was superb! Chefs on hand to cook eggs and omelettes to your requirements, a healthy section with a range of smoothies, nuts fruit etc, etc. Every possible sort of pastry, home made yoghurt, all cooked items, freshly squeezed juice (machine in breakfast room, so done there and then).

We visited this hotel for our 16 years belated honeymoon and Sandra and Beatriz went to astonishing lengths to ensure that our welcome was second to none with the room beautifully decorated and even champagne which totally surpassed our expectations. The cleaning team were then so considerate when cleaning so as not to get rid of or disturb the decorations. This was our first visit to Bilbao and we could not have wished for a better hotel or more caring reception. We fell in love with the city and will certainly return with our children to share our memories of a wonderfully romantic trip with them. The hotel is an enjoyable walk to the vibrant old quarter and delicious pinxtos. Do not miss the Ribera market. Our sincerest gratitude once again to Sandra and Beatriz.

Fantastic hotel would recommend very clean and tidy fantastic breakfast beds are huge rooms are very good it was brilliant just going on the 2nd on January everywhere was still Christmas mode bilbao is a fantastic city great food and drink keep up the good work
