I had booked online two rooms in this hotel through their own website. About 20% of the total bill amount was paid as an advance. We got an e-mail that our booking is confirmed. After day long journey from Nashik via Ajanta we reached the hotel. We were shocked when the Hotel management refused to recognize and honor the voucher. At 0930 PM in the night, we had to search another hotel as the management was not ready to take any responsibility about the booking or advance amount already paid. Now, since I used my credit card for the payment, I am able to dispute the transaction. I hope I will not have to suffer financially.

Large rooms â yes very large room with double bed and spring mattress, well lit with huge windows.
Basic amenities â one cupboard to store your luggage, TV & Cable, AC & dresser
Bathroom is also quite big with hot 24hrs water.
Over all the rooms are clean and if you are in a budget opt for this property
Book through OYO to avail cheaper rates for this property

Good & courteous staff. The reception staff is very attentive.
We had experienced delays the services in room or at the restaurant at times.
But overall a satisfactory experience.
Their complementary breakfast menu is limited & they inform only when you ask for it.
Food taste is good. The restaurant is neat & clean although short-staffed in the mornings.

Recently i booked room in advance for my trip from Chennai. But when i reached there, the management said all the rooms are sold out and no room available. Despite giving the email proof of their confirmation for the booking, they refused to budge. It seems the management is money-minded for giving the already booked room to another guest for making profit. SO DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL AND SUFFER LATER.

And yes food is not costly at all and services are also good and fopd is totally best

Will be visiting this hotel again if i came to aurangabad
Can boom this hotel via oyo rooms
