Nice property.
Near to the house boat
Food is good and well connected and location wise is also good.
This hotel was having good number of colourful flowers and it really add on value to this hotel

The only highlight point of the hotel is the Dal view from the room. The rooms are old, traditional and average feel about them. The customer service is a challenge, staff is unfriendly and taste is also not so great. Will not recommend this at all.

The hotel has 2 type of accommodation. One is the hotel and behind it is cottages.
The cottage stay is value for money where 1 flat is available at â¹1500 if negotiated.
The furnitures/services are not that good but the location is just what is required

This is a lovely hotel overlooking the great DAL LAKE in Srinagar, Kashmir. Built with lovely wood from the hills the hotel gives a great look, ethnic and traditional. It has spacious rooms well decorated with ethnic kashmiri style decor and furnitures. There is a beautiful lawn in the center which is always colorful due to lovely seasonal flowers. The centrally located restaurant is open till 11 Pm and serves best kashmiri cuisine.
It is a must stay place who visits kashmir. I have visited and stayed at this place atleast 15 times in a span of 5 years.

services are very poor. old furniture & very old gates. bathroom can not be locked. even door locks are not function properly. rooms were not clean. but plus point it is near market & dull lake. wi fi was working.
