This is my favorite hotel to stay at in Daytona Beach. It's a small hotel with great staff and excellent rates. We only stayed one night to squeeze in a beach day before spending a few days in Orlando. All rooms are ocean front and have a private balcony. The rooms are always clean and have a small kitchen area which is nice to have for longer stays. We checked out at 11, but they were nice enough to let us keep our car parked in their lot and a key to get back in so we could spend a few hours on the beach. They also have free breakfast in the lobby (waffles, juice, etc.) I will happily stay here every time I visit Daytona Beach.

People are so friendly and caring the town is so simple and the hotel is so quiet. Only bad thing was the lock on our sliding glass door to our balcony was broken and we couldnât lock our door so we worried about our toddler going out but they offered to move us but we liked our view so we just stayed in our original room. But this is the perfect place for a family vacation.

We had a few bumps in the road but overall, we would stay here again for the money! It took a LONG time to check in, but we were a little early, and it appeared the front desk lady may have also been the owner and housekeeper. So we could cut slack for that. It was clean, and an amazing location! We had a clean beach, pool and our room was always clean and stocked. We had an amazing vacation! We would stay here again!

I booked this based on a number of different reviews and was very disappointed. The walls are very thin, it is in need of updating and maintenance. We were greeted by Tina, a desk attendant who was outside smoking when we arrived. The breakfast is marginal. If you don't get a room facing the ocean you will hear the noise from the street if it is busy.
There is a dank odor that is in the halls and sleeping rooms. The hallway was not vacuumed (see picture). The lobby is unattractive and unwelcoming in many ways.

Squished between a holiday inn express and a condo, this hotel was a great find. Has a nice pool and rooms face the ocean with a small porch. Rooms have small and surprisingly well equipped kitchens..stove and fridge. We could see why folks come and stay a month. King bed was very comfortable and though the pillows are stiff, we both slept soundly. Morning had bagels, waffles and yogurt and cereals. Not fancy, but sustaining. Bathroom was nice sized with tub. Nothing fancy but, comfortable! We love the S beach area. Breakfast restaurant within walking distance and plenty of other places nearby. Best..go downstairs pass the pool and take a walk on the beach. All you need!
