So, as an American, I would rate this hotel a 2-3 star at best. BUT, I would definitely stay at it again. After getting over the initial shock of not being in a 4-5 star hotel (not sure what I was thinking) I fell in love with the staff, the location and did I mention the staff. The people were so helpful and kind and accommodating that the fact that the bathroom counters were chipped and the internet was patchy (really patchy) faded quickly. I never touched the door handled, the "guard" opened the door every time, they called cabs or ubers for us when our phones didn't work, they ran after my daughter with my glasses when I left them on a chair in the lobby, they accommodated our crazy sleeping schedules and always left 2 liter bottles of water in the room. The market behind the hotel was safe and held everything we needed. The coffee café was great, the salon also. India is India. Just go with the flow and accept the hospitality over the accommodations. You get out what you bring in. oh, and the price was right!
Terrible

Staying at this hotel for business. Rooms are clean the bathroom are well equipped with all the possible toiletries, so if u have forgotten your lotion, shampoo, tooth brush...dont worry they have it all. The staff is super helpful, after a long day at work i needed them to bring me soup from a restaurant outside....to which they agreed. This really made my whole stay worth while. Breakfast is really good & scrumptious. Will definitely come back. Special thanx to Mr. Ramesh Diwan @ the reception for making my stay so comfortable
Surely not for business traveller- ordinary place

The hotel is located very close to the Saket mall. It's in the middle of a residential area and thus gets quite as the night progresses. The day I reached it was pouring in Delhi and the entry to the hotel was flooded. It's a standalone building with the entry like an apartment thus I had to paddle in the water to reach the gate. The reception area was equally shabby but the check in was fast. Please remember that they won't explain to you about the Wifi till you ask
When I reached my room I asked for the password of the wifi. The first ID& password provided was incorrect. When I called again I was asked to use a different room no and then it worked. The room is optimum in size & the bed was comfortable.
The towel in the bathroom should be changed. It was torn at the sides. It really made me upset. The commode did not have a sprinkler. I mean who in India doesn't use water? Even if they cater mostly to foreigners what's the harm in having a sprinkler.
The breakfast choice was limited. But I did not mind as I got my Cheese omelette & bread to satisfy my hunger. To summarise it's an ordinary place & you should try only if there are no other options available in the vicinity.
