Amazing hotel.. we even got our name on a plaque thank you lester!!! Staff are fantastic from our room boy to the waiters..food to die for !! Spotless room!! ð¯ this hotel is ðð®ð³... Canât fault it one bit

Stayed for 3 nights there. The property is well maintained and is very close to the beach. Check-in process was smooth and seamless. Staff were very helpful and smiling. Rooms were decent, and bathrooms were neat and clean. It is not luxurious so to say, but worth the money paid as it is close to the beach and meets all the basic and few higher expectations like swimming pool. Please note that there is no parking space owned by the resort. You will have to park your vehicle overnight on the common parking next to the beach. Well, it is a bit of risk, but I think it is okay and common in that part of Goa. Anyway, my car was safe in that parking lot for 3 nights :) The breakfast was very good, and the food in general seems to be very good there at their restaurant though I did not have any there. Would surely recommend this hotel to people who are looking to stay in less crowded area in North Goa, Candolim than Calangute or Baga or Anjuna.

Well indeed the hotel is basic. But it was clean. The staff made our holiday - NOTHING was too much trouble. Always smiling and happy in their work. The breakfast was nice. But dinner was very good. Our friend caught fish and the chef cooked it to perfection. Thank you all for a lovely time...... I would stay again if ever we are in North Goa.

Firstly I would like to start with the transfers,the bus couldn't get to the hotel on arrival because the street was to busy so had to walk or pay for taxi,on the door to the room was a very small padlock to which would have been so easy to break off,room could have done with a makeover ,no shower curtain,the safes were in reception which again were small padlock,the pool is dirty and could do with good clean,staff freindly,beach so dirty with broken glass bottles and human excrement,no one to clean up the mess.

The room was definitely basic Bed was comfy x That all I'll say about the room except for the padlock on the door To say it was a bit of putting is an UNDERSTATEMENT! The shower area was crazy it consisted of a shower head ,a bucket ,and a jug . Oh and a geezer you had to put on for 15mins before .give or take a power cut! But
All part of the experience x
