Had really great time with family, arranged private dinning rooms with world class catering and beverage services. Will recommend highly for this place. Most underated place and dark horse in hospitality.

Hello All,
This is to notify everyone travelling to Ludhiana. Never ever book a room in Silver stone... Their service is pathetic. Insensitive manager who just doomed our friend. Our friend booked a room for us for 2 days. But the hotel guy got a engagement party who wanted rooms for higher price. and he just made us walk out of the hotel telling we had booked only for a day. W had been to Golden temple Amritsar, keeping all our luggage in the room, thinking its safe. But when we returned, to our shock, all the luggage was packed and kept in the reception and our room was given to someone else. Pathetic hospitality and manager was ruthless and rude. I strictly DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone with self respect. Because the management is worst and so is the hotel.

I wish I had an option of giving ratings in (-) negative parameters. I was there on an official trip and had worst experience till date. This is a typical place which one can find in cheap railway station area.(I think worst than that). Pathetic service and the photos which are shown online of the room are never available when you reach there or may be they dont even have the same rooms.. They give you a deluxe room (which is so small and as soon I entered the room, it had some foul smell.). When one has paid for an executive room and on claiming about the same, they start giving you pathetic reasons. Staff are so miserable and unprofessional that they actually tell you that "though you have paid for an executive room (Bigger), but we will give you deluxe (Smaller) room because we also pay commission to the online booking sites. I mean, how can a hotel manager say that. Then why would a person would book a room online? After arguing for so long, I asked the manager to take me to the owner of the hotel or the head. I finally met him after 40-45 minutes and to my shock, he had no courtesy to even greet or to say hello. In addition to this, the owner said: "Kya h madam, ku shor macha rakha h, hum bhi punjabi h, n aap jante ho hmara gussa."(Why r u arguing madam, we are also punjabi n u know are aggression) I mean really, r u threatening us. then I explained him whole issue to which he said we will allocate a clean room than this. Finally we had no option left, had to stay in that so called clean (which was actually filthy) room and checked out as soon as we could. In this whole instant, I was really shocked to see the behavior, gesture etc. I mean this is an hospitality industry and we expect more courteous and helpful gesture from the hotel staff than in any other industry. But this experience of mine only left me with a state of shock and terrible. Of course this was the worst experience I have ever had in this all travel till date in my life. and would never ever suggest this place to anyone. not even to my enemy.

Thank God, did not stay here. The rooms are dirty, no ventilation and everything is poorly maintained.
I am not sure if I am qualified to review this hotel as I did not stay here even after having confirmed the reservation thru internet. Saved money as I did not pay online, but would not have stayed there even if I had to lose the entire deposit.

This has been a terrible hotel I stayed over. The staff is not co-operative. The rooms were very small and not lighted properly. The quality of food served was pathetic and it took a lot of time to get the order served.
