We stayed for a night at this hotel. When asked regarding the hot water during checkin we were told that it would be available until 8:30 in the morning. At 8am they said it'd be available after sometime and so on and hot water never came. Unresponsive and irresponsible staff. We kept calling reception and they wouldn't respond only to later say that that room's phone has some problem and they couldn't hear us over the line. Just a basic hotel at a very accessible location.

We had lunch here and had a terrible terrible experience. Both veg and non-veg food was equally bad.
1. Plain rice had dead insects in it
2. Fish was stale (almost up to the point of rotting)
3. Sambar and Rasam were an insult to south indians
4. Served par-boiled rice with rice plate
5. Staff was arrogant - Lady at the counter told us to sit in the AC hall but one of the waiters stood in front and told us that it is "Reserved" and pointed to the sign.
6. Cutlery and silverware were not clean up to the mark
Avoid at all costs!!

It's near Boat club in Alappuzha . We had our breakfast there . Within no time they served the breakfast . South Indian breakfast was available . Very neat and clean . Relished authentic taste of food served there . I

Nice place to stay and just in front of back water, friendly staff, the hotel also have have good parking space, the food quality was good, the rooms are nice and clean, but the exterior look is just classic.

Went to the Sisir restaurant for breakfast with a larger group of students from the UK and although the food selection was okay and the prices reasonable the place was let down by very rude staff who insisted we paid for more than we actually ordered! We insisted that they took a lot of the items off the bill as it never arrived and they refused so we left the place, paying only for what we actually had!
I'm sure for locals this is a great place, but for tourists they do what ever they can do scan you and get as much money out of you as possible!
