This is not our first visit to this wonderful hotel but it is above all the service encountered this time in every department that made me write this review.
From the front desk employés to the bellman to the breakfast staff, they are all extremely friendly, helpful and efficient.
We will be back!

I have enjoyed my stay at the Sofitel. The hotel is pleasant but most of it feels small and somehow claustrophobic. The best example is the bar/lounge/restaurant. But the worse part of my stay was the service: I stayed four nights and every day was a surprise. The room was fully serviced the first day: I got a bottle of water on the side of the bed, some night tea and everything looked fine. The next day there was nothing and the room was barely cleaned up (apart from towel changing I believe nothing more was done). The next day the room wasnt cleaned at all at 19:00. I had to request that they clean it and service it. Again, this time, it was minimalistic service (no water, no tea, no breakfast order form...). I asked reception if the bottles of water were stabdard and they confirmed and had some water delivered to the room. The last morning I order breakfast for two and I only got breakfast for one! Luckily in the invoice it was right: breakfast for one. The experience at the restaurant is nice from a gastronomical point of view but the seats are not comfortable and the place is small and you feel like if you are sharing your conversation with everybody else. The rooms are nice, good size and well-equipped apart from the fact that you have to turn off one lamp from the socket to be able to charge your phone or PC.

I really enjoyed my stay at Le Louise hotel. It was not my first stay. Firstly, itâs really nicely located and surrendered by all the cool shops in case you are interested in some luxury shopping :-) My room was neat and clean with a nice bathroom, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was also very good!

hotel is unusual in that reception is on first floor, you take an escalator up from first floor, staff very nice, rooms comfortable, am a Le Club Accor gold member so got upgraded to a suite on my last stay, get a nice gift of a small box of Belgian chocolates, a welcome drink/cocktail in hotel's nice bar, these are the kinds of small touches which don't cost so much but make the guests feel appreciated and look forward to staying in the hotel again

Stayed at Sofitel Le Louise for four nights on a work trip. I booked a deluxe room on hotels.com but a combination of having stayed before / being LCAH Gold received an upgrade to a luxury room (room 410) overlooking Avenue de la Toison dâOr.
The room was pleasant, not that big but not too small. A large double bed, chair, desk and bath with shower and toilet. Decent Hermès toiletries provided. Being in a luxury room, items in the mini bar were free: some water, soft drinks, a beer and some chocolate. A coffee machine and tea making facilities are provided.
My room rate didnât include breakfast but I ate in the restaurant on the first morning. It cost â¬29 for the âPetit Dejeuner Completâ, all inclusive breakfast. Whilst I wouldnât pay that with my own money, what I got was fantastic and compared to other breakfasts Iâve paid for in hotels, not bad value. The smoked salmon on my toast and perfectly cooked scrambled eggs was delicious: like it had come from a proper smokehouse and not just a supermarket. Yoghurt and fruit were tasty. Even macaroons were served.
Some small gripes are that the sensor on the lifts where you scan your card to go up to your floor are not very sensitive so it took some time and playing around to get it work.
Additionally, the plug for the bath is in the middle of the bath which is where you would stand when having a shower. I was forever standing on it pushing it down then having to lift it out completely to avoid the bath filling up only for service to put it back the following morning.
Location is great. A short walk from Le Louise Metro and a very short journey from Gare du Midi.
Overall, a very good hotel. I will stay again on my next trip to Brussels.
