Stayed in Hotel Star of Kashmir from 11th - 17th January with Parents. Hotel provided
Airport Shuttle Facility,
Rooms neat and clean,
Toiletries,
Room Heater,
Electric Bed,
Hot Water Supply
Sightseeing Cabs.. everything was available.
Even though it was sub Zero temperature, we didn't face any issues during our stay here.
Hotel has its own restaurant which had good food as well. Hotel also provides Cab facility for sightseeing in and around the City. Services provided by the Hotel are great for its price. Owner Mr. Lateef is a gem of a person and he personally took care of everything needed during our week's stay there. Feels like special VIP treatment is given to all the guest staying at Hotel, in particularly to us. The Staff and Management was very helpful and Polite. Manager Hilal, Cook Farooq, Irshad were all very always at the service and gave special attention. Driver Fida-e-Ali was very very helpful and guided us throughout our journey.
The total Kashmir Trip and Stay at this hotel was memorable and a great experience. Staff here gives you homely feeling. My parents were very happy and delighted with our stay here hence There is absolutely nothing to complain about the service, staff, hotel and facilities at all. 5 out of 5 stars and a Definitely recommended hotel for sure.. Will keep visiting here again and again. !!! Thank you Lateef Sir and Star of Kashmir !

5star service. Room excellent. People are very good . Driver provided by hotel very caring . Family feeling . Always ready to help. Buffet good . Break fast good. And especially latif Bhai the owner of the hotel. Very important value for money.

We stayed in the hotel for 6 days .Service provided to us was very good.Food was also good .The staff was also very cooperative.We had fun.But the driver provided to us was very mean want to mention his name shaukat .we found him very cunning as well as annoying .altogether the experience was excellent and amazing .

From 22 Oct till 31 Oct, me & my family of 4 adults stayed at Hotel Star of Kashmir. The owner Mr. Latif was very honest , helpful & accomodating. Mr. Latif responds every call promptly. Me & my family felt sick and Mr. Latif went beyond his way to bring doctor to my room for treatment. Nice family room with 24 hours hotwater. Nice hot fresh food. The staff at hotel also very humble, nice & helpful. We took the tour arranged by Mr Latif which exceeded our expectation. I would highly recommend Mr Latif and his hotel .

excellent service by star of Kashmir owner. more than what we usually expect. service, room, food and arrangements everything was excellent. we went in a package based trip. sight seeing arrangements and hotels arranged in every places was super. house boat in Kashmir they arranged was very nice.
