Well our itinerary made us stay here from 22nd Jan evening to 23rd Jan morning & had made the booking through Agoda..
The AC room that we got allotted were pretty much cramped up, had very few socket points & after checking in came to know that hot water is available only from 6 am to 9 am. However the staff was courteous enough to arrange one bucket of hot water for the evening !!
Since the rates offered had no complimentary breakfast, i felt we were overcharged for the rooms allotted. However since we had only a night to spend, did not make it a big issue regarding the room size.

Nice experience. Place is quite and close to nature. Hotel staff was very supportive and helpful. Nice hotel value for money. Near nakki Lake and Main market. Hotel food was very good. Specially thanks Mr Jitu

We booked 3 rooms for 11 people altogether. We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Hotel is nice, clean and with spacious rooms. Breakfast was delicious as well. They serve only vegetarian food. For non-veg food you need to drop by Swagat Restaurant. The puppet show is interesting for first timers.

Pros:
Rooms are well Organized, with open space in corridor
We have not tried restaurant
Puppet show and Magic show are worth for kids enjoyment
Enough parking space for the vehicles
Cons :
No hot water for 24 hours

Although the rooms can be improved, the property is very well maintained, The Banyan tree has been kept well and looks nice and there is a small well maintained patio with a nice parasol and chairs for sitting in the open..
