Stayed here for a night on my visit to Amritsar as could not get anything else in time. This is basically a b-grade hotel, privately managed by nonprofessionals. Location-wise its not bad but there's no parking space if you plan to drive to Amritsar on your own. Room service was shoddy and bed/linen was basic. Their definition of deluxe and super deluxe and executive is very flawed as I myself experienced. The only good thing was they had hot running water which was a relief. Choose any other if you have the option.

My boyfriend and I were traveling in India for a month and this was by far the worst place we stayed in. It may be a budget hotel but for similar prices we stayed in nice hotels/ guesthouses. Worst thing was the room was dirty, including bedsheets and bathroom. We had cockroaches in our room. On top of this the AC didn't work and the wifi was painfully slow. All these issues made the stay unpleasant but the situation was made even worse by the staff who seemed disinterested and were unhelpful. When we arrived they didn't even have our booking. There is nothing international about this hotel. The only advantage is the location in Amritsar.

We are from Kerala. Two Deluxe rooms were booked for 2 families consisting of 6 Adults for 2days / one night in advance through online payment from 3/10/17 to 4/10/17. Accordingly we reached in the reception of the Hotel by 10:00 Hrs on 3/10/17. Due to the hectic journey, it was very essential to have a washroom facility for one of the ladies. But our request was denied unkindly without any humanitarian consideration on the ground that the Check in time is 10:00 Hrs.
Further, while we were allotted rooms, and occupied it,found there was no cold water in both the rooms. Furtherance, the A/c was not working in one of the rooms. On complaint, after the harsh/tough dealing/shouting of the Manager/Owner, he allotted another room.
It is to be noted that by the time we had changed our dresses after unpacking the luggage. Then after struggling we redressed and repacked and shifted to another room.
In addition, the condition of the rooms and bathrooms were terrible. In fact it was just like a condemned cell without any windows, ventilators and exhaust fans. The A/c provided is of 18th century window A/c that too without any controls for adjusting the temperature.
Nobody should choose this hotel

Excellent services..... Great amenities.... Beautiful rooms. Staff was very helpful. ...Food quality is very good and delicious.... We had tremendous stay over here. Thank you...!!!! I will come to Amritsar next month again and will use them for sure.

Very excellent services..the quality of food is awesome..the rooms are very neat and clean ..i would recommend everyone to visit this hotel..the nature of staff is also very gudd..the decoration of each and everyone room is fantastic..
