I'm writing right from the room itself. We checked in at the evening, the check-in was smooth. We were alloted room number 604 which is on top floor. Walking on the floor you'll notice pigeon feathers and foul smell. When we entered the room we were shocked to see the condition. Let me tell you that it was a SUITE room. The room had foul smell and dirty. The bed was dirty, toilet was broken, had plants in the bathroom (YES, I'm serious). The fridge was empty, I don't even understand why they keep a big fridge in the room.
When complained then shifted us to 504 from where I'm writing this review. This room is a little bit clean from the previous one, but still dirty. Food is too expensive.
Will finish this review once we check out tomorrow with photos.

This is a mid sized hotel located in heart of the temple city in satya nagar. it a budget hotel having restaurant, swimming pool, conference rooms and party hall. we had organized a private function in that hotel. the staffs are very helpful and some instance they entertained our last minute change with a big smile. food in the restaurant tastes good. overall we had a pleasant experience. special thanks to Mr Bibhuti for taking extra care and making sure everything is in place and we don't have any problem during the party.

Had booked this hotel through OYO. First thing first do surely agree with other fellow reviewers who had already reviewed the hotel. But I am not that harsh either. First of all the location is kind of disconnected to the city, feels you have moved out of city. The lobby managers/front office staff were courteous . The rooms are like that of a service apartment and not of hotel. The room which was allotted had A/c in the main room that too at the bottom of the window(window A/c). No A/c in the hall where the TV is located. Bathrooms were old no hot water was available the morning. Buffet break fast was limited item, no much options. They can improve on many fronts. Would only recommend if you need to book room at last minute else there are other options too. :)

Not recommended at all...
Poor quality rooms, poor service.
Door lock broken, tap water filled in bottles, AC not working, age old furniture, smelly rooms!
Stay any where except this hotel

I stayed at SunGreen for two days. The location of the hotel was central and close to most eating and shopping destinations in the city. However, duty managers appeared quite inexperienced and staff was clumsy with the way they went about their jobs. Initially allotted room required dusting and hence had to shift to another. The other room, although small, was much better. Lighting and other fitments in the toilets require relocation for better experience. The hotel appears good and looks like an apartment converted into hotel.
