Just a good hotel in pondi.You can enjoy a good veg food in this hotel.Good thing is you can view every thing near by.Taste and even the service is also really good.Good parking area inside the hotel.Nice rooms.

We stayed at Hotel Surguru for two nights recently which was very comfortable. Hotel is in a good locality. Places of interest like Ashram, Beach etc are nearby. We stayed in a Superior room. Rooms are clean with centralised air conditioning and running hot water. Front office staff are very courteous and finish the checking in formalities quickly. Hotel has a vegetarian restaurant and provide both South and North Indian dishes. Food quality is good and service is quick. They provide complementary breakfast predominantly with South Indian items and some universal items like Poori, Masala Dosa, sandwiches, juices etc. Room service is good. Wifi is available. Adequate parking is there. Overall it is a decent hotel to stay with family.

We stayed km this hotel for a day. The check in and check out are smooth. The parking space is limited. Coming to the rooms they are good as compared to the price they charge. The only drawback is room service which is slow. The breakfast buffet is good :the south Indian dishes are yum. My suggestion if it's within INR 2000 then it's worth to stay. But more than this price I feel you can find more good options with a good view in Pondicherry

- Restaurant is priced just right, full value for money.
- Newspaper delivered to your room everyday.
- Lift is available

I have been visiting this pure vegetarian hotel since 1995 - 22 long years and its other two Branches in Pondicherry. I have never felt any stale food at this hotel and the food is so healthy and hygiene and the hotel maintains its quality since long 22 years that I know of. Only the hotel next to the Manakula Vinayakar temple is not attractive for me.
Anyhow the Pongal and Sambar at this hotel is so excellent. One of the best hotels in Pondicherry - even for Accomodations
