We stayed in this Hotel last week with family for some official Work... The Hotel is Good service is also good. bathrooms are neat & clean only the wi fi was not working all the times we stayed here

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. It is very close to the bus stand. The rooms are very clean. You should try their spring rolls. They are yum. They also have a restaurant in the basement which serves good quality food. The staff is very friendly. The GM of the hotel is very courteous and helpful. The prices are nominal and easily affordable.

Nice stay....hygiene maintained......not so close but close to Raghunathji Temple and Raghunath bazar Jammu .
Only drawback of this hotel is it doesn't have elevator service.
Jammu place to visit hari niwas palace museum and hotel.

the check in was smooth, the manager at the reception was humble, Room and bathroom was neat and clean, room service is ok. the hotel has no lift. wi fi is only available in lobby area. although we had a brief introduction with the general manager and we find him a kind and humble personality.

Once again I have taken opportunity to stay at this Hotel. Its improved a lot. All good restaurants are very near. Airport/Rly station at 25 min distance. Bus stand is at just walking distance. Returning late from Katra you will have immediate access to your hotel.
Food served at Hotel is very good at very good prices. Staff is very courteous.
Many shops near by.
