There are so many negative points to talk about and let's see how many of those I can point out here.
+ Towel was missing. Towels were yellowish and torn
+ Provided used body lotion/shampoo bottles
+ Flowers were kept in a bowl full of water but had not been changed for a while. And it was stinking
+ Hot water was available for fixed time. You need ask them for other timings
+ Buffet dinner and breakfast was just average
+ Complimentary 2 pieces of tea/sugar sachets were provided, which was ridiculous
+ The spoon kept for tea making was not clean. We even found an used/cut sachet of sugar. So cleanliness is zero
+ All the rooms were not properly lit
Good point? I need to think twice. Ummmm yes, suite room was spacious. Location is near from national park gate.

went there with the family and it was not at all what we expected from the hotel. Firstly it seriousally lacks the professional staff required to manage the affairs of the hotel. Secondly the so called buffet was too less to be called a buffet.

Bad maintainable of a nice property. The courtyard is charming... but in the rooms...sheets were changed after we found them looking used and dirty! No hot
water...We were offered buckets and electric rods! Average food, completely dark entrance at night and bare minimum staff, who were polite and warm. But overall avoidable

We stayed 1 night in this hotel. The hotel looks fantastic, the room is nice.
It was very weird though that there's a window between the bathroom and the bedroom. When you're sitting on the toilet you're looking at the bed. Very strange!
There is a bath, but there is only hot water between 6.30-7.30 am and 6.30-7.30 pm or on request for a shower.
The matress is a bit soft and you'll roll towards eachother in the middle of the bed.
Breakfast is good.
Hotel is not far from the birdsanctuary.
Good hotel for 1 night.

The rooms are nicely situated around a central courtyard. We had a warm greeting on arrival. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Our room was spacious with a good sized bathroom, so it is worth requesting such a room at time of booking. We slept soundly on a comfortable bed. Breakfast was the only meal we ate, but it was good with a choice of Indian or simple European food on request (delicious cheese omelette!).
