Facilities are not as per the photos posted on website.
Inspite of somany bad experiances shared about this hotel, me choosing this was my mistake.
I request others not to do such mistake & dont ever imagine the hotel the way it is shown in the photos.
It is easy to say what works here as very few things works here.
The very basic need, hot water also not available.
Not sure why makemytrip or tripadvisor have this hotel in their list!!!.
This hotel spoilt my whole holiday mood & my impression with the people whom i bought here...

I booked for 22 february to 23 february only for one night and i got very very bad experience to stay in this hotel. The owner/manager dont co-operate. I was with my family Me, Wife, Brother and my small 22 month old baby. I request to the hotel owner/manager for boil his milk but he deny without any hesitation and i was very shocked that this type of person have in this world. And no room service, no water. I never booked this type of hotel and i suggest to everyone please dont booked this hotel and aslo request to makemytrip please remove this hotel because this type of hotel harm of your image.

Rooms not so clean, claustrophobic and windowless. There is no lobby or a neat place to sit outside the room. Miserable place, do not invite to stay and advised to stay away from it ...!!!
The hotel is located very close to the Taj.

Do not stay at this hotel. We booked through booking.com where we choose "half board" (breakfast & dinner) and a deluxe room. However, when we showed our booking number and confirmation mail, the receptionist said that we had misunderstood. The food would not be included and, when we got our room it was a normal room. Another guest at the hotel showed us her room, which was the same but cheaper than ours. When we asked in the reception if it was the deluxe room he said yes, but later, after some argumentation, showed us to a bigger room which looked more like the one we booked online.
So, we did not get any food but still had to pay full price. It was still cheap, but since they would not admit that they had made a mistake it was frustrating.
Later when we checked out, the night receptionist did not know English, did not know what amount we were to pay and would not give us a receipt. The walls were paper thin, you could hear everything - including the traffic right outside and the toilet pipes was leaking, a small drawback for us comparing to the reception we got though. Worst hotel in India so far.

I stayed in Hotel Suryam Palace after seeing the overall rating on tripadvisor and booked this hotel. I was in a state of shock after arriving at the hotel. It cannot be called a hotel. Its a B & B.
The rooms are big enough for a pigeon to sleep in. Extremely tiny rooms. Very dirty hotel. The toilet seat in the bathroom was broken. Tap in the bathroom broken. Dirty linen. Cobwebs and spiders are there to accompany you while you sleep. The room doors are all old fashion and sound penetrates through the doors easily. Overall, very disappointed with the hotel. Cannot even recommend it to anyone as they will have nightmares after staying at Hotel Suryam Palace.
