The staff was very prompt, helpful and friendly. The location is convenient for metro. There are good options to eat nearby. One must try moonglet at Karol bag chat. The room was okay. The wash basin was choked on arrival, however, staff was prompt in fixing it.

As overall package had decent stay without any glitches. But I find bit overpriced as I could have stayed at Radison with few hundred more. Rooms are clean and spacious with basic necessary toiletries. Prior to this I always preferred Swati deluxe instead, which comes handy on cost. Also to add, breakfast was bit disappointing as it came with very basic and limited options. Although their food in only Thali serving restaurant is awesome. They could have done better on breakfast part. Rest its one of the best in Karol bagh, Will go again if get in good deal.

Everything excellent, no complain at all.This hotel is walking distance from metro station.best shopping area.Restaurant food is excellent.Breakfast also very good.Rain shower is good water force and A/C and wifi excellent.

I stayed in this hotel for my business trip. A 3 star hotel with facilities of 5 star. It has its own restaurant which many hotel in this area lacks. Everything was just perfect.

I stayed in this hotel for my business trip in last month. This hotel is best hotel in terms of its rooms, services and specially food, This hotel is having its own restaurant Suruchi. This restaurant serves awesome food. Once you enter to this restaurant you start starving. You will find all type of cuisine here. It is on walking distance from Karol Bagh Metro Station, Delhi.
