Great location and a comfortable hotel. We were all-inclusive which was good value for money. Food was tasty and always plenty of options.
Staff were all very friendly apart from one of the barmen who seemed to look down on AI clients!
Would stay here again though.

We arrived about 2015 and were checked in very quickly,by Pedro.I had requested a double bed as partner 6ft 6" and a lovely view if poss.He said he had a beautiful room for us and he did not disappoint.Views over sea...stunning.Thank you.We were still in time for supper and welcomed,altho 2045...by a smiling Deborah....A big shout out to Deborah,Anna and Njalie....who every time...we ate always smiled; chatted and were very helpful,altho very busy.Could give superior hotel staff a run for their money.First time ...all -inclusive,and I am a fussy eater...so was concerned,but food cooked to high standard.Plenty fruit.Only gripe,if all inclusive,had to chase someone to get wine for meal,never asked once!!But...it was always attended to quickly.They do not have enough staff to clear away dishes,so sometimes took ourselves to avoid eating with other courses still on table.Not down to staff....just not enough of them..That did annoy me tho.Had to send for Doctor at one point and the reception staff had him visit within twenty minutes....Pool never too busy and altho mainly Germans in hotel....no early putting of towels down....I enjoyed the mix of cultures and people I met were lovely and made a couple of good friends...hope we stay in touch

We went for 5 days in September the views from the swimming pool and balcony were amazing
The staff each and everyone of them worked hard and were very welcoming nothing was too much trouble...keep up the good work
The evening entertainment was good ranged from a karaoke night to an Adele tribute and we enjoyed every evening
The walk down to the beautiful white sandy beach is well worth it we spent 1 day on the beach 18euros for the sun beds
We enjoyed every meal we had at the hotel there was always something that we liked and the cava at breakfast was a definite bonus.
All in all for a quiet relaxing holiday we think it was fantastic value for money and we enjoyed every minute and look forward to returning in the future.

Stayed here as part of a cycle tour with Eurobikes. Our room was on the 10th floor with partial sea views. Good room, good food in restaurant. Busy, but service friendly. Very busy with mostly German tourists.

I stayed for 11 nights in September and it was a wonderful time! My feelings are based mostly of the fact that I have a room on the last, 10th floor with the best sea view ever!!!
The room itself is standard with nice, comfy mattresses extra pillows, blankets, air conditioned, with safety box, TV with mostly Spanish and German channels (I didn't care cos don't watch TV on holiday), small fridge. The bathroom was small but good enough, was clean with nice toiletries, inc eau de toilette ;-) All together it was typically decorated hotel room, nothing exceptional but I didn't get to Mallorca to spend time in the room!
My stay was based on half-board. The food was very good! It's true that breakfast is almost the same every day, but it's a huge selection on food (cheese, ham, eggs, cereals, gluten free, pastries, fruits, warm and cold dishes) to choose so you don't need to eat the same every day. And lets be honest, who's eating everyday different breakfast? And as for 4* hotel there was also sparking wine for a breakfast:-)
The dinner was absolutely fantastic! Always freshly grilled fish or sea food and different king s of meat. The best duck in oranges I have ever eaten!!! Some local recipes from which the fish with almonds and plum souse was just sensational! You need a lots of bad will or be extremely posh to complain about the food! Also very tasty desserts inc ice creams and fresh fruits!
The whole staff is very friendly, nice and helping, from reception and waiters to room cleaners.
There was some entertainment every night.
Location is very good, directly on the sea shore with a short walk to sandy beaches if you prefer beach to the swimming pool,
The guests are mostly Germans with some mix of other nationalities.
Overall it was one of the best holiday experiences I had so far and I strongly recommend this hotel!!!!! 4* well deserved!!!
