Room was clean with all the amenities but few things such as room heating and cooling wasn't moderated to weather conditions as such I started sweating. Hot water wasn't working in shower the hotel had some boiler issues i guess so had do take shower with a bucket and a mug Otherwise decent enough experience overall

Nicely maintained rooms very cooperative staff food is amazing and very good ambience hotel is located near Haridwar by pass road perfect place to stay.

I loved the girls on reception, well dressed and well behaved they tackled customer immensely.
hotel could be at some good location, because customer want to have a walk in the late evening it unfortunately there is silent road

The stay was comfortable.Proper Hygiene is maintained.
Heater is to be given in room during winter.
Staff is cooperative and cordial
At least You should also give complimentary dinner on business trips.

I have recently attended a wedding here and it was great ! Banquet was very big and clean. Food was nice and staff was really cooperative and helpful. Along with this rooms are also nice, clean and very spacious.
