Good standard of Accomodation

I stayed in this hotel in June 2017 for 2 weeks. I am used to 4* hotels and don't usually go all inclusive. However, I came to this hotel with a group of 20+ other passengers (Family) and really enjoyed my stay.
I stayed in a double room and there were me and my boyfriend staying in it. The rooms are a good size and are very clean. We were on floor 3 which had a good size balcony, on the reception side, and had a view of the sea. The opposite side, faced another hotel, so wasn't as private.
There is lots to choose from for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, and there was a good selection of snacks throughout the day. We also had Spanish Days where the entertainment would make Paella by the pool.
We couldn't fault the entertainment staff as there was always something going on.
This hotel probably won't be the best choice for people with walking difficulties, as cap salou itself is quite hilly, and there is an incline to get to the reception.
There is some shops, bars and restaurants around the resort itself, without having to go into Salou, however a taxi was approximately $7 if you chose to go in. We walked in one day and it took around 30 minutes.
Overall, this hotel is a good standard, I would say in the 80's it would be closer to a 4*+/5* however it does need a little bit of TLC in some places.
The 2 things I would say were a real problem for me would be that on a morning the cleaners were really loud and secondly, the all inclusive stops dead at 11. They don't mind you staying out by the pool until around 12, however by no lee-way are drinks served after 11.
Don't let the reviews scare you off, as I almost did and it was one of my favourite holidays.
Lovely holiday

My boyfriend and I (21 & 22 years old) stayed at Molinos Park Hotel in October and we were SO worried after reading the review, but it was absolutely lovely and we loved it.
The food was nice each night, always hot and plenty of choice, also different choices each night which was good. The restaurant staff work so hard and always do their best to make your stay even more enjoyable.
We stayed in room 405 and again, we were worried about the âthe walls are paper thinâ reviews but we didnât have any problems apart from one night where there was a little bit of noise. Yes the rooms are a little outdated but theyâre spotlessly clean and the maid comes the same time every day. She will make your bed & give fresh towels each day.
The entertainment is basic and bingo is every night, we won â¬100 on our first night! If you donât like the kidâs disco then weâd recommend that you either get a taxi into Salou town (roughly â¬7) or walk down the hill to the bars. Route 66 is AMAZING! We had such a good night there, we will never forget it.
We didnât use the pool because it was difficult to find beds and there were a lot of kids, so instead, for every day that we spent at the hotel we spent it at the rooftop jacuzziâs (which was literally outside our bedroom door - so lucky!). The roof is over 18s only so itâs lovely and quiet. The bar there opens 2pm-7pm every day.
All inclusive drinks really arenât very good unfortunately, itâs the only thing that lets the hotel down. You have to carry your cards around with you and present them every time you want to get a drink. All alcohol is watered down (as usual), and the worst part for us was that the cocktails & slush puppies werenât included in the AI deal, apart from âcocktail of the dayâ which was basically juice! Very disappointing.
Shopping in Salou town is great and we went to Ferrari Land and Portaventura which are both expensive but it is SO worth it! We did both parks on the same day, there isnât a lot in Ferrari Land we only spent about 1 1/2 hours there and Portaventura is next door, so we recommend you do both on the same day. We had a blast. Absolutely amazing places!
Overall we had such a lovely holiday, donât let these reviews put you off like it nearly did us! A holiday is what you make of it & your company.
Hope you have a holiday as great as ours! Xxx
Basic hotel, for money but still enjoyable

Restaurant gets like the âlast superâ and food was a bit samey but never stuck for anything to eat, lots of children running about but the roof terrace with jacuzzi tubs for 18 + saved the day... if all inclusive can only get 2 drinks at a time and lager in half pints, cocktails a bit hit and miss
Pretty basic

Have been to salou many times, first time staying at this hotel, never ever again!!! Very noisy ,walls are paper thin you can hear everything next door ,I mean everything!food was fine, found the choice bad for vegetarian which I am but you wouldn't starve. The bar was terrible, queues were rediculous, very slow to get drinks bar staff were very rude. All inclusive was a card instead of an arm band which was a nuisance as you always needed to carry it with you. Hotel was a good 15 minutes walk from salou town , but there is a supermarket next door and a couple of good bars beside it. All in all the hotel was clean , if you are just going for a couple of days it's fine, I certainly wouldn't bring my children as I think it's quite rough.avoid if possible
Poor

Despite a nice location and reception area this was the worse hotel Iâve stayed in Spain. Whilst that was largely down to the behaviour of wild children and very drunk and noisy adults the other public areas were badly maintained (some dirty and dated) and very basic rooms. The food was the poorest Iâve seen in a hotel and bar staff were not engaging. Entertainment was loud and average. Wouldnât go back near this place.
