We travelled with family and friends. Deepu at the reception desk was very helpful. Hotel is very authentic and beautifully decorated. It felt like we were staying in a palace. Staff was very friendly. Location is very good. We all loved our rooms. It was a pleasant stay overall at Umaid Bhawan. Very good value for money.

Delightful building with so many hidden treasures, a photographers dream! Comfy rooms restaurant food fine. I was a little concerned about hygiene in kitchens. Greasy marks on walls behind toaster, coffee and teapots very dirty. Coffee was rubbish! Areas in restaurant were obviously requiring cleaning. Staff need modern cleaning equipment. Not good to see staff on hands and knees wiping over Marble floor with an old filthy, but wet towel!

We stayed here 3 nights, the hotel is very quiet with lovely decor, the rooms are very spacious, the staff are very helpful and friendly , the grounds of the hotel are beautifully done with a lovely little garden and Small courtyards to sit in.. The food was delicious, I would recommend this hotel for couples or families.

What a lovely hotel and the staff were very professional and friendly. The food was geared to the right level of spice and the service was first class. Very clean hotel and the décor was truly amazing.

It is a bit underwhelming when you enter the hotel but you grow to enjoy the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has really nice architecture. Lots of picturesque walls and landscape in the hotel. It does seem a bit cramped though. There is a LOT in a small space. The room is of good size. The enjoyed the food at the restaurant as well - sufficiently spicy and priced right. I missed the music/dance show that they have every night. The breakfast is satisfactory - nothing over the top and at the same not bad at all. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the Coffee!
For the price, I feel this hotel is a solid hit. It was quiet, beautiful and equipped for a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Jaipur. The location is also sufficiently close to a bunch of landmarks in the city.
