We emailed the hotel in advance to confirm that they had a room with a large double bed, extra seating and a balcony and that they would arrange transport to and from the airport. I have an email from them saying this would all be arranged. A car was sent to the airport that ran out of petrol half way to the hotel and we were left in a baking hot car for 20 minutes while the driver walked for petrol. We arrived at the hotel and were shown to a room that had no seating whatsoever and without a balcony. It was filthy. There was thick dust on the TV and the floors were dirty. I said that we had ordered specifically a room as stated above and the hotel administrator said that this was promised by a previous hotel administrator and was not his problem. Eventually he said the room we had requested with balcony would be available the following night and agreed the room we had been given was not clean and would have it cleaned. 2 hours later we were told the room was ready. It had been dusted but the floors were still filthy. Eventually the floor was cleaned. In the meantime I had spoken to the hotel owner who was not particularly concerned with my complaints. Eventually she said that she would reduce the cost of our 6 night stay from 275 EUR to 265 EUR. I opened the fridge in this small room and found to my horror that it cannot have been cleaned in many months. The shelves of the fridge were covered in black sludge. We were eventually moved to the room we had booked the following day. In this room none of the bulbs in the bedroom worked including the lamps. The attitude of the administrator and owner was awful.

The most relaxing hotel I've ever stayed in Tbilisi. Room were spacious with a fruit bearing tree in the sorroundings you can even pick some native fruit and ate it from their own garden. One of the unique feature is that you will feel at home coz you can move freely all corner in the hotel, They will allow you to cook your own food in the kitchen. The funny thing was they have a receptionist with same name lol That's why we're calling them Nica1 & Nica2 both are so helpful and friendly very professional. Manager too Ms. Rebecca have time to interact with guest with a warming smile on her face.

We ended up in an apartment which was substandard. Please read the terrible reviews as they seemed to be real reviews. I'm not looking forward to arguing about the payment. when you are seething there isn't a lot you can say about substandard accommodation. I would liken it to the retreat I stayed in, in Malawi. at least I knew then what I was letting myself in for. strike tbilisi off your places to go. village taxi drivers say they know where they are going and then get lost and expect you to pay for their extra journey.

Dirty, moldy bathroom; shower leak, uncleaned bloody pillow, dirty mattress, bathroom flies, very little knowledge of hotel etiquette: waking people up, no wake up call, not picking people at the airport after reservation was made, yelling at patrons not very professional when patrons request fair room accommodations.

hotel is small. you have a feeling like you went to your grandpas summer house . big rooms with very old furniture(for me no problem).
hotel is not european style at all. everything is working without a problem. but i can say that it is expensive.
