We were a total of 7 people, 2 families staying in this hotel in November 2017. Overall a great hotel in the limited budget. The rooms are small, but all possible amenities are there. I would definitely recommend everybody to stay there.
The staffs are extremely courteous. The hotel is very close to metro station. 5-10 mins walk from metro station.
Worth staying. Basic breakfast is available at hotel

I choose this hotel because it is near the subway and airport limousine bus terminal (Tokyo City Air Terminal), making it easier for me to explore the city or traveling to/from the airport. The hotel also near to the convenience store, staff is friendly and helpful, the room is large enough for me and clean, the breakfast also ok but not too much variation. Overall I have good experience staying at this hotel and its value for money considering the hotel location.

We had a great business trip between china and japan. We have spent three nights at villa Fontaine hotel and all was good. They have to improve and to be more variegated for breakfast. Clean, quiet and kind people.

I am regular traveler to Tokyo and stayed at this hotel many times. The hotel is near to Tokyo city air terminal and Metro Station. It is near the city center. 7-11 shop is almost next door to hotel. Though the rooms are small but still they have all amenities needed. The breakfast is served at the lobby is not lavish but has sufficient variety. Overall a good place to stay in budget.

When travelling in Japan the most important is location and this hotel doesn't disappoint. Located 1 min away from suitengumae station exit no.2 it makes it extremely easy to find. It's accessible to lots of tourist spots with easy connection. Close by area has 4 convenience stores for snacks and meals (they are good!!). Breakfast is complimentary however do not expect too much. The menu basically doesn't change. Lettuce with three choices of dressing; 2 selection of bread; scrambled egg or egg pancake (depends on the day); one meat (I will recommend to skip) and soup (I had a mild diarrhoea once had the corn soup so don't). Considering it's not a real BNB thing I can't be too harsh on it. Room itself is small but clean. Not much to describe about it otherwise.
