Stayed in the hotel two times now and I was very happy with the clean room and friendly staff. The internet was not available though but that was due to some construction taking place outdoors. The line had been cut. The price is reasonable for India. Great place.

Stayed for a couple of nights in vinyasa with family. Small rooms but enough for an overnight stay for two people. The rooms are much cleaner now than they were before. Ordered food from their kitchen but they took very long and the Roti's were cold and the chicken tikka pieces were like rocks so it's not a good idea to order food. You have plenty of food options around though. There's a restaurant selling malvani food just next door. wi-fi enabled. The area is not very safe for women to roam around alone although it's bang in the middle of a residential area. No one bothers you in the hotel. They could have door tags placed outside with do not disturb or clean my room so that no one rings the bell. You can order food from outside and take it to the room too. Overall a decent stay.

We stayed here for three nights. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The doorman was always helpful. The rooms are small and have all the basic amenities. There is a kettle in the room, but no tea bags or coffee sachets. The wifi works but there is a time limited coupon, one per device, and is slow. Breakfast is basic with mixture of Indian and toast, butter. We didn't eat any other food apart from the breakfast whilst staying here. The location of the hotel is not great and it can get noisy at night. There is a lift in the hotel.

I stayed here for 3 days during my official visit to mumbai. My office was in thane so wanted to stay somewhere nearby. Its an economic hotel providing almost 3 star facilities. Its somewhere in the middle and not really close to the main highway but reachable. Rooms are not too spacious and front rooms are little noisy. I stayed one day in room which was in front side but next day, my room was changed to the ones on the opposite side with less noise of road and vehicles. Bathrooms are well maintained and so are the rooms. Breakfast is served on the rooftop where they have a small sitting space in open with live open kitchen although with very limited options. Food is average but service is little slow.
Overall, a decent place to stay on a short budget. Suitable for individual and not much recommend for family stay.

Being a regular visitor to this hotel, I feel its a comfortable place.
Rooms are well maintained and clean,
Parking area for overnight travellers
Nice ambience
Only problem is breakfast menu is fixed and repetative.
Overall a good experience.
