The staff was nice and friendly. Hotel facilities are great. Location is great It's a 5 min walk for everything or main attractions.
The room was very good for the price, it was really clean and as a nice service.Daily cleaning was also offered, but it wasn't necessary for me. The bed was a little bit soft but still comfortable, the air-condition worked well and WiFi was fast and reliable.

I have selected this hotel in Vake district due to its location, as I had to do some business in the same district. The room was large, clean and quiet. Breakfast was a bit basic, but still good enough.

I've stayed here several times while passing through Tbilisi on my way to other destinations. The rooms are very nice, most of them with balconies. The location is fairly central but quiet, in a nice neighborhood. However the breakfasts are dreadful, with a buffet of mostly processed products and cotton wool sliced bread, and service invisible. Reception service is indifferent.

I selected this hotel because of proximity to the UN House - my business destination. It is located in upscale and secure residential region of Tbilisi. There are several good cafes and restaurants near by and one can always get taxi for 5 Lari ($2) to most of downtown places, if you wish. The hotel is relatively new with big rooms, good wi-fi and simple breakfast included.
Hotel manager and staff were very attentive to our needs; communication was easy in English and Russian. If I will travel back again to Tbilisi, I will most likely book this hotel once again.

I stayed in VIP Victoria in march 2015 nearly 2 weeks and was very pleased with the room, staff, breakfast, cleaness. The room was quite big and very comfortable, room was divided into two parts working and sleeping areas. i had a working desk and fluffy sofas. Bed was very comfortable and big and the main thing is that bed-clothes were antiallergenic ( I am very allergic). view from my window was very pretty, i looked the little hotel yard with traditional georgian Design. bathroom was clean and fresh. Breakfast was diverse and really delicious. staff was really friendly and really helpfull, they are always ready to help you with pleasure. location is exellent! only thing is that there is no elevator but it didn't bother me i lived on the first floor.
