The ambiance of the room was only the good thing in this hotel.but facilities wise is worst.Restroom was like a public toilet and no proper water facility.And even they wont come for regular room service until if you ask for 2-3 times. 3rd class quality bed and when come to food guest can get 1 or 2 item in breakfast menu, that to we hv to wait for it.

The ambience of the room was excellent. But room lacked in basic facilities like room warmer, basic utensils for making tea. Buffet breakfast was a mess. Guests were waiting for something to arrive on the plates.

Very warm and helpful reception staff. But the room and hotel were freezing and we didn't have proper clothing. No heating in rooms -No extra heating units to even put in the room. Even though we checked in at 7 pm, we didn't get the extra 2 beds in the room until 11:30 at night. Our rooms, on the ground floor were incredibly noisy, next to reception and elevator. Location was quite near the airport, and the free breakfast and wifi and taxi to the airport was nice.

Nice hotel. Very close to the airport. Food quality is great. I would recommend people to visit the hotel for overnight stay.
Only problem i had was that the soup that I ordered didnt had sweet corns. But hotel manager arranged in quick time. This was my 3rd visit. Hope to come here once again.

This hotel is located approx 10-15 mins driving distance from IGI Airport. Hotel rooms are clean,specious and have all the basic amenities. Only wash room need to be improved in terms of cleanliness. Hotel staffs were good and food quality was also good, but seems a bit over priced ( though we have taken north Indian food only ). Also they charge Rs. 500 for Airport drop which is bit higher side compared to the other options. Another draw back is they don't have 24 hrs check-in /check-out facility. hence any late check out is chargeable. I booked this hotel just for one night as I had to catch flight next day evening. I checked in there around 10:30 PM and checked out next day afternoon, but I had to pay extra for late check out. I would suggest hotel authority to look into this matter and introduce more customer friendly policy.
