The OYO hotel in Agra I BOOKED and PAID, was not available. Itâs not available here either. But it IS the OYO chain!!
Taxi driver could not find the place, and when we called we were told the reservation through Hotels.com did not exist, so they would not give us directions.
They did not refuse to accept the payment from my credit card.....funnily enough.
We had to find and pay for another hotel.
I have also contacted Hotels.com.

1. Denied extra towel.
2. There were cockroaches in the room.
3. Staff was rude. Literary.
4. Bathroom and Bed was dirty.
5. Room was dirty.
6. Its overpriced.
7. Wifi not working.
They will call you randomly in the middle of your stay to the reception and will demand payment. And they only take cash. They will make you go to the atm and demand cash right then.

We were allowed early check in.
bud the bed linen, towels were not changed. when we enquired initial comment was everything was changed and later they agreed that they dont have washed bed linen and towels in stock and they would change in the afternoon which they did.
They didnt provide water bottle in the room as well and provided after asking.
The rooms are big and have basic amenities.
The complimentary breakfast lacked option.
The location of the hotel is very close to TAJ ticket counter (walkable distance)
except the location everything else was average or below average.

The location of the property is very near by Taj Mahal. Rooms are comfortable. Needs some improvements for Housekeeping. Food is good. One needs to carry cash as it is being insisted by the Hotel Manager to clear the bills in cash. The reason for cash payment is given as Card machine is not working.

Rooms were decent in space. Bathroom could have been more clean and hot water timings are fixed. Staff was decent and helpful. Breakfast not had any options they'll only serve 2 items along with tea or coffee... Taj Mahal is at a walkable distance of 10 minutes..
