How wonderful it was to stay at the hotel. Thanks for giving us such a good memory. If I go traveling back to Osaka, The hotel will definitely be my top priority.

not great, very average hotel. staff was confused at check in, had the wrong type of room/beds for us, with very limited english. beware, even the elevator buttons are in kanji and not english numerals.

Booked for 3 nights recently and was upset that the rooms given was a smoking room. Had kids around and that wasn't pleasant. Requested for change of rooms but was declined because all the rooms were full. Air freshener was provided in the room but it gave only slight temporary relief.
Strangely, at the edge of the twin bed that was against the wall, it had a strong acidic smell which woke me from my sleep. Wasn't too pleasant.
However the plus is that breakfast was rather good and the staff are really nice.

A 2 minute walk from the subway and a few stops from Osaka station. Supermarkets and restaurants are very close to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was basic but good. The room was clean and comfortable. We got a good deal on this hotel - no complaints here.

close to the city center with a couple subway stations minutes of walk away. some nice places to eat nearby. they give free gifts such as shampoo and cream, i was also given a complimentary membership card which gives discount to future booking with their hotel group. all in all, not bad but nothing in particular very impressive. if you get a good price then do go for it.
