checked in here yesterday...staff lovely no complaints....hotel room huge but a bit dated....shower rubbish don't even feel clean...no kettle in the room which is really annoying....restaurant over priced...was going to eat here last night but seen the menu and decided not too....I don't think we would stay here again because of the lack of facilities.....oh and the room lighting is rubbish.....large full length mirror but can't see to look in it...aghhhhhhh.

if you can get a last minute deal or action coupon to stay here it is ok, we got one for 35 euro a night excl breakfast. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean but the furniture in the bedroom , the bathroom and the carpet in the hallway are outdated and need an update/replacement/paint. You can acces the hotel with a weelchair and it is close to some lakes that are beautiful to have a walk and or bike ride. Very close to Amsterdam (15 min drive) and that is why we stayed there,because the hotels in Amstersam are expensive.

Good hotel. But a little bit small. They dont provide toiletries and coffee maker. Breakfast is very very good and you can have many variety of foods. Staff are friendly and cooperative and ready to help attitude.

This is not what I have come to expect from Fletcher Hotels. Hotel building is decent, but super noisy. My first night was okay, but the second had been horrible with a dog in the room above barking, crying, & scratching all night long. Tried to get the hotel staff to act three times and they were not aggressive enough to solve the problem. I would describe their attempts at fixing the problem as lame at best. Not sure how the people above me could sleep with a dog barking in their room. Really odd situation.
The hotel building is dated and candidly in need of a major refresh. I would stay at their property in Huizen any day. Much nicer!!!

THE room was not clean. THE airco was noisy. A curtain was missing, hence à lot of light in THE morning. THE beds are too soft. Breakfast was basic but good. Great terras with Nice vieuw on THE water.
