Hi house boat is so beautiful and room very clean and bathroom beautiful and Home made food super delicious drinks was free in every rooms and Nadeem his helper Good man Amin kaka is great service Nadeem take sightseeing by car many places gulmarg. Very beautiful and sanmarg the beautiful place we morning and come back evenings to houseboat dinner was all time what went we every thing I had great time house boat all Kashmir is excellent good family and kids very safe I thank very very much. This is one best house boat in Nageen lake and park so beautiful many flowers.if people want have pecful this place to be happy so thank very very very much all team of lily of Nageen 🙏thank very much 👍

The boat was not on the main lake which we enjoyed because it was more peaceful. every morning a kind man would come on a boat and sell us saffron or flowers.
Every time we came back to the houseboat the very kind staff would have the rooms heated up, hot water bottles placed under our blankets and Kashmir tea ready for us. They helped us with all our needs and we began to feel like home there.
We slept so well and every morning the sunrise was beautiful. I would recommend not going in December as its very cold.

Here's a quick brief to begin with

1. Away from the crowd, dirt and pollution of the Dal Lake.
2. Brilliant views of the fort.
3. On the banks of the lake and hence, you can walk out when you want, as opposed to the Dal Lake where you have to take a Shikhara to come to land.
4. The BEST hosts ever. They'll show you the reason why humanity isn't dead yet in Kashmir.
5. Very clean with all facilities needed during the winter.
6. Award winning on Trip Adviser.

Now, getting to the specifics.

Before I talk about the stay, I have to mention about the host. Nadeem and his family are one of the primary reasons why tourism flourishes in Kashmir. He will take care of you in every possible way and in places where you wouldn't even expect. He is family now and he's all you'd need there. Forget your planning. Just tell him what you wanted to see in Kashmir and he'll take you to the right places.

The boathouse was perfect, clean, well heated and the people there are even warmer helping you with all the facilities you need.

The views were spectacular, even on a foggy morning.

Leave all your worries, just call Nadeem and he'll take care of EVERYTHING you need.

Staying in this houseboat was one of the best experiences in my life. Right from the time we stepped in, we felt we had entered the perfect boat house. Everything was perfect in this, right from the food served till the heaters running in the rooms. At the end of the trip, we felt bad to leave this place and would have loved to spend more time here. Also, this review would be incomplete if I don't mention our host Nadeem. The man is a true legend and he knows how to take care of his clients. He deserves all the credit for our trip being perfect. He treated us as family and did everything we had asked for with a smile on his face. Looking forward to go back there and enjoy another vacation.

We spent 4 days here and I would say it is one of the beautiful stay I have ever stayed. The hospitality is awesome. Nadeem takes care of the travellers like his own family. I would recommend Nadeem (Lily of Nageen) 200 out of 100 ( Yes, it is 200/100 only) Best man, kind hearted. You can't see such a person anywhere.
