I would like to share my experience of Sheraton when I was in Bucharest for official trip.It was so exciting to be here especially the club lounge experience was so emphatic that i can't explain.Needless to say the support provided by a Alexandra Gociu after my office hours was awesome.She look after me and my tastl as if am in my own country, with my relatives.This 5 star is especially for her for being so caring and a disciplined lady.This 5 star is for her only.In this world of Globalization people like her completes the motive of an interconnected world.May God bless her:)

Chef at Hotel Sheraton and his team has been quite supportive, even served us India customized food as we requested...amazed to see the positive attitude :).
Look forward to visit back again and stay in the same hotel....They helped me not stay hungry. Centrally located and has many stores, market places nearby.

The Sheraton Bukarest convinces with perfect service, good central city location and very friendly and service oriented staff especially in the executive lounge. Excellent breakfast with a big variaty

Club Lounge Service is pretty good in the morning as well in the evening.
Service provided by the host, Aurelia Lupu as e.g. flexible check-out in the Lounge makes life much easier as well as SPG online check-in introduced recently
Sheraton Bucharest is my recommendation for a business stay in Romania´s capital

Hotel is located in an almost walkable area and the excellent service , the staff of the hotel are very courteous and welcoming . the hotel's restaurants are of a particularly high Japanese standard Especially when preparing your meal at the table.
