We enjoyed a two night stay at this hotel, about an eight minute walk to the centre and Grand Plage beach front. The Manager warmly welcomed us, give us lots of information and maps, where we could find restaurants ,bars , and shopping areas.
There is free parking outside the hotel, but we booked a private garage which is just across the road.
The breakfast is really excellent , fresh croissants and pastries and good choice of fruits, juices etc, brilliant coffee machine.
A few minutes away is an excellent restaurant ,which we tried , and were not disappointed (lunchtime and evening menus, ) and also a mini supermarket , all very handy.
Staff is the key to a good hotel!

I stayed at the hotel with the unpronounceable name, on my way to walk the Camino de Santiago and on my way back, after 40 days and 560 miles of walking.
The hotel is comfortable, with good wifi and a terrific breakfast.
It's a great location, close to the city center and the beach.
But it's the staff which made my stays so pleasurable.
Jean-Yves, the manager, showed me the closest bus stop, recommended a restaurant and told me what was going on in town.
All together, a memorable hotel.
Great value

Brilliant position only ten minutes from the sea and town, yet a quiet respectable area with free on-road parking. The manager on the reception desk was very polite and explained everything that we needed to know during our stay. The bed was comfortable (best night's sleep for months), the room was spotlessly clean and despite being halfway along the corridor, was very quiet. TV had all the channels that you'd expect.... three of them English speaking in our case and the wi-fi connection was great. There was a hair dryer for my partner. Breakfast was fresh and good, my partner loving all the jams and pastries, whereas I'd have preferred some savoury items.
In summary, you really could not do better than this in Biarritz for the price and we will return

Fairly basic hotel which is clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast with plenty of choice and nice fresh croissants and pastries. Hotel lacks a lift which if you have mobility problems is not good. Garage parking is available across the road in a secure compound. Ten to fifteen minutes walk to centre of town. Friendly staff.
Lovely place to stay

Within 10 minute walk from beach this is a compact hotel with a part time very friendly reception service. So if you are looking for a place to relax with staff on call to bring drinks or eat in the hotel restaurant this us not for you. However there is a huge lounge where I imagine you could enjoy your own wine and brought in food. The room was small but really clean and serviced daily. The ensuite bathroom was spotless with a great shower.
So if you are comfortable at walking and capable of using a key to open an outside door this would be definitely somewhere to stay.5 minutes up the road is a tabac for coffee and a drink it shuts at 830pm. There is a supermarket plus two or three restaurants nearby. And a good ten minute walk through a quiet neighbourhood takes to to the town centre and beaches
Thanks must go to receptionist who greeted us latish plus organised taxis, advise on town plus called potential helicopter ride operators plus importantly give wise guidance.
