It was a good experience at this hotel. Room was clean, service was good. They treat you well and make you comfortable. Over all i can say good value of money. I recommend this hotel to everyone if you staying in Amritsar.

Food quality is the best thing in the hotel, location is ok type , rooms are good but quite old, washrooms is the thing which they need to focus. Staff is very friendly , even restraunt staff was very nice

Very good hospitality. Staff is very humble as their name suggests. Very good layout for breakfast. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Good clean bathrooms. The staff is very cooperative and receptive. Ambiance is excellent

Overall a very good hotel with courteous staff and good facilities It was a very good experience as went with my family and kids really enjoyed Also the food was good with good variety in breakfast and snacks

Hotel is good. Location is good. Its food is average not that much good. I have attended many parties there. Parking is easy available. Interiors are good. Rooms are good. Staff is friendly. They even have feedback forms.
