This hotel is a group business included hotel service. There are located near Okubo station and many shops. You can easily to shopping and eat with many restaurants. You will see the city of Shinjuku scenery.

I love my visit in December 2017
The bed and pillows were super comfortable. It's on the harder side but I had good sleep every single night there!
Can I ask what's in the pillow? There's little bumps which make it a natural massage for the scalp! Where can I get them?

We took particular care to try to find a hotel in Tokyo with ample bedding as the sizing is different to western sizing. We couldnât have been happier with Hundred Stay! There were four large singles in a room with clever storage and an entire extra room with lounge and tv as well as a seperate toilet to the bathroom with shower and bath. There were also laundry facilities and a kitchenette! Fantastic for our stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the 24 hr concierge is a blessing. My only criticism of this hotel is the breakfast is average. It would be fantastic to see some fresh fruit and scrambled eggs that are not powdered. However it was certainly adequate. Also even though it is fabulous to have a selection of dvds to borrow in the room it would be great if there were also some with English for the kids to enjoy. These are very small concerns on a completely fabulous stay! Thank you to the wonderful staff!!

We stayed 7 nights. It's more like a long stay residence hotel with many facilities.
On the first day our room was very cold and we thought it was just winter. Later after we notified the staff, they confirmed that the room's heating was faulty. So we had to pack up everything again and move! That was a real pain. And we were surprised they had a spare room actually so ... Phew!
The new room was of course warmer but we noticed its was slightly smaller cos our luggage couldnt fit into a corner like the previous room. Never mind...
Our room came with breakfast and i must say i really enjoyed it everyday (tho some complain its boring). I loved the slurry scramble eggs (and i hate scramble eggs, esp on planes). And the croissants are great!
Room wise we had one king size bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was a good quality one, not like some hotels where they really squeak. The room was large even to accomodate three people. Wifi is good. View is fantastic. Gym is free. Staff are very friendly and efficient.
The bathroom is fantastic, had separate partitions for bath and bathtub. The wash basin and the toilet is also separated so everything can be used by everyone separately; no need to queue. It came with a small stool and pail which i used to wash some clothes.
Room has a kitchenette with stove, microwave, kettle and crockery, cutlery. Coffee and tea also provided.
we used the free laundry facilities in the basement (since its like a residence). Laundry facilities are great, like 5 washers and 5 dryers. Though the laundry room had free powder and softener, we were given a gift pack with powder, softener, dishwashing liquid and a dish sponge.
Location is fantastic, downstairs theres a supermarket and also a takeout where you pick and choose your items like a buffet. Theres a pharmacy diagonally across. The two JR stations are nearby (left turn road on corner) and also have lots and lots of restaurants , some of which are really value for money. We found the korean restaurants street (between the two stations somewhere) and had korean bbq meat plus korean chicken wings plus ginseng chicken all in one restaurant. Yumm! Go early else queue.
On christmas night we popped into a church (!) between the two stations, which had a musical going on and they had earpieces for english translation. The musical presentation was lovely and so professional. (Theres a church just opposite btw but its only japanese, if anyone is interested).
Shin okubo and Okubo stations are just one stop from Shinjuku. Happy to stay near but not at shinjuku. With these two stations you can cover almost everywhere. Hotel provides very good maps and guides in english.
Overall a very good 7 nights stay. Felt like home. Highly recommended. Would come back again. Thanks Hundred Stay.

Room is good size, housekeeping every day if you request. The breakfast is extremely boring, very small selection which didn't change at all. Calls itself continental breakfast but the only cereal option was cornflakes, the sausages were unexciting and the egg runny.
The location is good, close to trains and 15minutes walk from Shinjuku. Wifi is okay.
