As the hotel is not new, I'll suggest the house keeping to work harder, make sure the room will be entirely clean, no matter the carpet, desk top, toilet, glasses. Due to the traffic problem in Philippines, the people coming to pick up guests are always late, it's just a basic requirement for a hotel to provide guest with sofa/seats at the lobby while waiting to be pick up. As compare with New World Makati Hotel, foods variety and quality in the cafe for breakfast is far behind in New World Manila Bay Hotel.

The place is good very relaxing the staffs are nice and friendly as well room attendant(marlomel) very kind and polite thankyou the rooms are clean .. They assist customers well.. Food is good.. all is excellent

Today it's my second time to have a lunch buffet at New World hotel Manila. Highly recommended if you want a sumptous meal while having a good chat with friends and colleagues. what do they have in the house.....Asian food selection ( chinese, thailand, japanese all -ese....), dessert from fruits, cakes and ice cream ( ube and cookies and cream) and meat of various kind ( lamb, beef, pork). The big shrimps, crabs and shells are in the center of the dining hall, it's up to you to eat it raw orcooked.
taste - iit's excellent
menu selection - at its best
price - high (but of you have corporate rate, discounts given)
accessibility - pass along roxas boulevard and turn right if you will be coming from EDSA or baclaran
***please note that this is a casino hotel , so expect some cigar smoke around but its minimal.

Everything and everyone connected to the hotel was excellent. Very serviced oriented and professional staff.although the hotel was very nice, the casino was very small seemed out
Of place. Overall the staff was excellent, I hardly see this high level in the US.

It is a home away from the busy city of Manila. Indeed, a wonderful experience to stay in a 5-star hotel. I love everything. The food is sumptuous, the employees are accommodating and the place is classy.
