Room are clean but the should be more items in minibar... very less options n no welcome drink on the time of arrival. ..... so these are the few things that are needed to be improved rest experience was good.

Lovely location near the mall and main road. Nice food. Good service. Was here for 2 nights. Next time in Ludhiana will definitely stay here again. Lots of options for dining as well entertainment. Staff at Hyatt go out of way to cater to your need. Italian food was lovely. Rooms are like other Hyatt property, i.e. nice and warm. Spacious bathroom.

Location of the hotel is good.Staff is young and dynamic.Fast check-in and check-outs.Complementry drink on arrival.Rooms are average size and hotel doesn't have a pool.Food is nice.Art work in the hotel is beautiful.

Super Hotel.got upgraded and loved the suite room. There was a wedding in the ground floor but that did not affect us. Great breakfast spread and good wifi to work. Surely coming back to stay here.
The location we felt was not in the heart of town but that should be fine given that the city is not too big.
Ask for higher floor rooms. The biryani for room service is excellent. Prompt service and the staff at reception below is very helpful.

I stayed for two nights for work. The rooms are a good size, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with a very good selection. Room service was nice and they delivered good food. However, they never collected the plates etc. at the given time. The gym is small but has good equiptment. Unfortunatly the music is way too loud (and not my taste). It was hard trying to listen to my own music. All inn all I had a very plesant stay, and would go agail.
