Eventhough the hotel is half an hour drive from Osaka Station but they provide shuttle bus. No problem for us at all. The room is clean and comfortable in both size and bedding. Bathroom is big enough.
View from our room is nice with part of seaview. I love it all any way.

We didnât stay at the Hyatt but we had two wonderful meals breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a seafood buffet. The food was fresh and tasty. We had no wait time to be seated. Breakfast was great with a huge variety of food.

The main drawback here is the location as the hotel is rather distant from the exciting and interesting parts of this great city. But if you are willing to accept that you will find a great hotel with opulent rooms, great service and a well-equipped gym.

After 2 nights stay in Tokyo, my daughter and son took Shinkan-sen to move to Osaka. In Osaka station by noon time, I failed to find shuttle bus stop near the station, only to take a taxi(cost me 8000 yen).
Compared to HYATT Regency Tokyo, hardware seemed rather classic than being modern.
In short, I would like to recommend this hotel for people who want to play at USJ for whole day or two, cause it's 15 min distance by shuttle bus run by hotel.
You would better take note of exact parking place at USJ for return shuttle bus.

I stayed at the Hyatt, Osaka for 1 night following a business trip before flying back to Europe. I knew it wasnât located centrally but chose to book due to its excellent recreational facilities and good value rates. I wasnât disappointed. The hotel staff checked me in early, about 1300 and gave me a room on the 20th floor with a view of the bay. A request I had made earlier. I used the well equipped gym and pool and enjoyed a drink on 28th floor. The only aspect that could be improved is the shuttle that runs back to Kix. This isnât owned by the hotel and so whilst you can buy tickets, you canât reserve seats. This leaves you slightly worried that you wonât get on if itâs full. The only other way back to Kix in a rush is an expensive taxi. If the hotel could reserve seats this would be perfect.
