I was very impressed with the hospitality of this hotel where the friendly staff greeted me with sincere right at the entry lobby through the reception. Hotel location is at the center of the biz district about 30 min from airport.
I noticed the lobby and rooms are kept clean and tidy although this hotel was one of the oldest hotel in city.
Since I need to leave early morning, they prepare a breakfast box at the reception when I checked out.
My only suggestion to the GM is to upgrade power outlet on the working desk and side bed so it is easy to connect my laptop and charging the cellphone.

There is a mosque in the corner back of the hotel.
Parking area was awesome.
Foods option for Indonesian, japanese and western were tremendeously great. I couldnt find any spot that have unrecommended to try - all option served and tasted soo good.
Swimming pool was fine but its closed at 6PM, seriously? And there are no option for kids.
Notice secondly swimming pool close to the gym but its dirt and unmintained.
Tennis court really? ð
Jogging track as well ð¤¥ð

This hotel offers everything you need in a vacation. It's located only few meters away from the iconic mall Tunjungan Plaza which placed in the middle of the busiest street at Surabaya. On contrary, this hotel atmosphere is all about nature. Guests are welcomed with a splendid entrance, and on the way to the room there're many stores which offer stuffs from batik to gelato to traditional foods. In the middle of the hotel there's a big and a very refreshing garden. An all-you-can-eat resto open at evening selling range of traditional foods at IDR 196.000/pax.

This was my first time stay here, with my lil fam. It's christmas and new year holiday, the hotel offered special room price booking through the application. Check in procedure was less than 5 minutes and we were being escorted by very polite hotel staff to our room in 20th floor. The room is very big with large bed and wide bath room with shower and also tub. We were having a great lunch, dinner and breakfast. It calls Pasar, combination of 3 restaurant with variative menus (chinese, japanese, and local) with very reasonable price. The hotel has large swimming pool but none for children to play due to the depth are 1.5m and 1.7m. But fortunately they have very good spatial garden area with fish pool, fountain and bench where we can take great photos or just enjoy sitting there

i stayed at this hotel with my family for 2 nights in room 1957 from 22 until 24 december 2017.
everything's fine
until when we check out we have to pay for motorcycle parking fee around 120.000 just only for 2 night. which is as a guest in house we have a compliment for not pay the parking fee and i'm very disappointed with the service of this hotel. there are no good coordination between the staff there.
PARKING FEE IS FREE WHEN WE ARE A GUEST IN HOUSE NOT FOR CHARGE
BUT IF WE NOT GUEST IN HOUSE THAT'S OKAY FOR PAY
