Hotel is situated on Delhi Road within
Shopprix mall campus. Literally away from the Rush of City. Ample parking space, beat and clean spacious room. All facilities of good quality Hotel. Quality food within Hotel and also availability of multiple option in Mall nearby.

We had gone for a wedding and stayed there. This place seems to be a hub for wedding parties. The locker system is very different so you need to check it before you put your valuables in it. The housekeeping had to be called number of times to clean the rooms and they take only 5 minutes to clean the room and bathroom. The bedsheets were clean and basic hygiene was there so since we were there only to sleep and change clothes it was ok .
I did try the breakfast one day and it was not edible

With a very narrow lobby and reception, it looked completely as a budget business hotel , has a good breakfast spread, nice rooms with all comforts, and great service.
Location is little far from city hub but easily accessible by public transport

We two friends stayed for one night on 15th. December 2017. Nice location perfect business hotel. Breakfast was included in the package. Display of buffet was above average with good taste. Overall value for money. Also the hotel provide driver dormetary.

I visited second time. As there was some awesome factor last time. Last time there was light in Reception Area, Door Glasses were clean. There was no mouse on lobby and Room paint was up to date. This time it was missing. Last time there was wow factor in breakfast. this time it was just ok. Nothing special for vegetarian senior citizen. A/C control was not working we called help desk twice to off and On Room AC. It was too cold when we said them to if it is possible to increase temperature but they were unable to do that. So we said them to stop AC but after some time when suffocation increased then we said them to start AC again as there is no window in room. My 72 years mom was very uncomfortable. So I can give verdict that Hotel is not comfortable for Senior Citizen. Not even room and not even breakfast.
One more thing i saw in hotel gallery, people were putting their dirt utensils in lobby after eating meal in their room. It was really bad to see. If hotel management could provide service where guest can call room service to clean dining then other guest can feel good in hotel.
But I like the Hotel Location, room ambience, service because whenever we called them they provided service on time. three Star is good rating for this visit, I know they can improve this.
I will request Hotel management to pay attention to improve service for senior citizen. Improve AC controlling system.
