This hotel in the heart of city is seemingly 3 storeyed and has nearly 10 rooms in each floor. Quite neatly maintained, with supportive reception and service round the clock. Had no issues during my stay of one day. Security is there in front of hotel throughout. Indian Express building is just across, which has Pearl banquet and a restaurant. Large post office is also nearby, and so are bustops and transport services. Hotel staff arranged Ola taxi whenever required. Not many shops in the immediate vicinity.
Amenities in the room included Ironbox, minifridge, luggage rack, electric safe, 2 chairs and a small table, television with lots of channels, air conditioner, fan, cloth hangers, hair dryer, water heater, and good knight (mosquito repellent). Bathrooms are small, and so is the shower area.
Breakfast is complimentary, served in room front of hotel. Idli, dosa and cornflakes were available, with omelettes on request. Coffee and tea were not tasty. Didn`t have lunch there.
Wifi was very weak in second floor, with no connectivity.
Not aware of rates in other hotels in that locality.
Overall, not a bad experience.

The location is central. But the ambience, room cleanliness and service is not upto the mark. Though they term it as a 3 star hotel, its no chance even a 2 star hotel. The linens are not clean and same is the washroom.

Was out on a family tour and opted for this hotel. Very shady rooms, service is pathetic, food is rotten. Yes they offered bf in d room as package and the orange juice is rotten. Rooms are small and management seems not interested in refurbishing the place and staff. time to reciprocate!!!

This hotel lost its charm from inside. Old unwashed lenin to un acceptable brekfast that they serve u in the room. It looks fab from outside and so booked but very disappointed with my selection. Had to manage and clear the nights i booked. i suggest AVOID!!!

very good and comfortable stay. prompt response to requests. well connected by taxi, auto and bus. good food with generous helping and reasoble cost. heart of the city. close to shivaji nagar, mg road and hebbal.
